Job Description

Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships. Maintain and update customer databases managing social media campaigns Preferably a candidate with experience in Diamond / Jewellery certification lab. Making outbound calls to potential or existing customers Promoting products or services and generating leads Handling customer inquiries, issues, and feedback Providing accurate information about services Maintaining records of customer interactions Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
