Role Overview:



We are seeking a results-driven

Marketing Executive

to promote our brand and precision machine tool products through digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial marketing, market analysis, and the ability to convert marketing strategies into qualified leads and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Strategy



Conduct market analysis to identify potential segments, industry trends, and customer needs. Study competitor products and positioning to refine marketing strategies. Assist in developing marketing plans aligned with company sales goals.

Brand Promotion & Lead Generation



Plan and execute product marketing campaigns via digital platforms, trade shows, and print media. Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, case studies, and videos. Generate qualified leads through inbound/outbound campaigns, email marketing, and social media.

Digital Marketing & CRM



Manage and update company website and social media platforms with latest products, news, and blogs. Work with digital agencies to run SEO/SEM campaigns focused on precision machine tools. Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) for campaign tracking, lead nurturing, and analytics.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support



Support the sales team with technical product presentations and customized promotional content. Organize and coordinate webinars, open houses, and customer training events. Follow up on inquiries and convert marketing-generated leads into sales-qualified leads.

Performance Tracking & Reporting



Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and customer response to fine-tune strategies. Provide regular marketing reports and dashboards to management.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of marketing experience in

B2B industrial or machine tool

sector preferred. Understanding of

precision machining, CNC machines, grinding & turning equipment

is a plus. Hands-on experience with

CRM tools (e.g., Zoho)

, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms. Strong communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a technical marketing environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
