Position:

Executive - Marketing

Reporting to: Brand & Marketing Manager

Experience: 1 years up to 5 years ONLY.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a smart, sharp, and organized Marketing Executive to support brand campaigns, digital initiatives, and trade activations. This role demands strong communication skills, quick execution, and the ability to handle last-minute changes with ease.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business. MBA would be a plus.

Proficient in English.

Excellent communication & Coordination Skills.

Basic design/editing skills (Canva/Photoshop).

Knowledge of Social Media & Digital Marketing.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PPT).

Responsibilities:

Contribute ideas & support execution of marketing campaigns.

Conduct research & analyze data to define audiences.

Write, Edit & Proof Reading copy for social media, packaging & brand communications.

Coordinate events, promotions, media activities & POSM execution.

Manage social media campaigns & brand website updates.

Support E-commerce & Quick Commerce marketing.

Track campaign performance, budgets & reporting.

Use basic Canva/Photoshop skills for urgent edits (Posts, Invites & POSM mockups).

Collaborate with agencies, vendors & internal teams to get work done.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
