Job Summary



We are seeking a

dynamic, creative, and result-driven Marketing Executive (Digital & MarCom)

to manage and execute our

digital marketing and marketing communication initiatives

. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in

social media marketing, paid advertising, creative coordination, and campaign execution

, ensuring consistent brand communication and effective lead generation across online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities



1. Digital & Social Media Marketing



Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google platforms

. Manage

social media handles

, including content planning, calendar management, posting schedules, and community engagement. Execute and optimize

paid ad campaigns

(Meta Ads, Google Ads) for

lead generation and brand awareness

. Track and analyze campaign performance using

Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and platform analytics

. Improve

SEO, website content, traffic, and digital presence

.

2. Marketing Communication (MarCom)



Coordinate development of

marketing creatives

including brochures, banners, posters, digital creatives, emailers, and advertisements. Liaise with

designers, agencies, printers, and vendors

for creative production and execution. Ensure

brand consistency

across all communication channels as per brand guidelines. Support

product launches, promotions, and branding initiatives

with integrated MarCom strategies.

3. Campaign Planning & Execution



Assist in developing

monthly and quarterly marketing plans

. Execute

promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and branding activities

across digital and physical channels. Coordinate with

sales teams

to drive lead generation and conversion support. Manage

email marketing, SMS campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM-driven campaigns

.

4. Brand & Market Support



Conduct

market research and competitor analysis

to identify trends and opportunities. Support

events, exhibitions, in-store promotions, and local marketing activities

. Maintain

marketing MIS, campaign reports, databases, and documentation

.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

.

2-5 years

of relevant experience in

Digital Marketing & MarCom roles

. Strong understanding of

social media marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing

. Experience in

creative development and agency coordination

. Basic knowledge of

SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing performance metrics

. Excellent

communication, presentation, and coordination skills

. Strong planning, execution, and

multitasking abilities

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
