Job Description

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and develop new business opportunities in

Fire Safety, CCTV, ELV & AMC services

Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and field visits to generate leads Visit

industrial areas, office buildings, hotels, hospitals, banks, schools, and government offices

to promote Nexispro's services
2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solutions & quotations Follow up for proposals, negotiations, and closure
3. Digital Marketing & Branding

Handle company presence on

LinkedIn, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns & other platforms

Assist in creating marketing content: flyers, brochures, posts, and presentations Promote AMC services & compliance offerings through online and offline campaigns
4. Market Research

Study competitor activities, pricing, and market trends Identify potential sectors:

Banking, IT Parks, Hotels, Factories, Educational Institutes, Hospitals & Malls

5. Coordination & Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports Maintain lead database and track conversion rates Coordinate with technical and documentation teams for smooth execution

Skills & Requirements

Graduate in

Marketing / Business / Engineering / Any relevant field

Minimum

1-3 years experience

in B2B / technical service marketing (Fire safety or ELV preferred) Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills Knowledge of

MS Office, email communication, LinkedIn & CRM tools

Must be confident in

field marketing + client meetings

Two-wheeler preferred (optional but beneficial)

Preferred Industry Exposure

Fire Safety & Fire License CCTV & Security Systems ELV / Networking / IT Infrastructure Government & Tender-based projects AMC & Maintenance contracts
