Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative

Marketing Executive

to join our Marketing team. The role involves executing monthly marketing activities, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, managing digital presence, and supporting presales documentation. Candidates with a Mass Communication or Marketing background--including interns or fresh graduates--are welcome to apply, as long as they demonstrate strong communication skills and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Coordination

Execute the monthly marketing plan in collaboration with the marketing agency and internal teams. Coordinate with DeepRanjani teams to collect content, information, and requirements for marketing initiatives. Ensure timely delivery of assets, creatives, and content by working closely with all stakeholders.

Digital & Social Media Management

Manage and regularly review DeepRanjani's marketing and social media profiles to ensure active engagement. Support content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and campaigns. Monitor digital campaigns, track performance, and suggest improvements.

Branding & Communication

Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials and marketing collaterals. Assist in drafting presentations, proposals, and documentation for presales and client pitches. Support event planning, promotional activities, and digital outreach programs.

Market Analysis & Reporting

Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Prepare performance reports and insights to support decision-making and future planning. Assist in lead-generation efforts through marketing campaigns and outreach.

Required Skillsets

Strong verbal and written communication skills with good presentation abilities. Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, email, etc.). Prior exposure to marketing roles (internships/experience) is an added advantage. Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong coordination skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Education & Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field. Freshers, interns, or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in a marketing role can apply. Enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and grow within the organization.
