Marketing Executive
who can handle both traditional and modern marketing strategies -- from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute
ATL (Above the Line)
&
BTL (Below the Line)
marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility.
Support
NPD (New Product Development)
by coordinating with design and production teams for market-driven product launches.
Develop and manage
advertising campaigns
(digital, print, and outdoor).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and sales teams for promotions and trade activities.
Plan and execute product sampling, events, and exhibitions.
Manage content and campaigns for social media and online promotions.
Prepare marketing reports, monitor ROI, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in marketing (preferably FMCG / stationery industry).
Knowledge of
ATL, BTL, and NPD
processes.
Strong creativity, communication, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel for field activities, events, and market visits.
Salary:
?20,000 - ?30,000 per month (depending on experience)
