Marketing Executive
to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads by calling potential customers from the database and handling after-sales service when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads from the provided database.
Explain the company's products/services and persuade customers to show interest.
Maintain a strong follow-up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
Provide after-sales support to customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Requirements:
Experience:
1-2 years in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude.
