We are looking for an energetic and dynamic

Marketing Executive

to join our team in the

Building Materials

industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with a focus on promoting building materials to clients in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

:

Visit and engage with clients who are involved in construction work, including builders, contractors, and construction firms. Promote and sell building materials, offering solutions based on client needs. Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients. Identify and target new business opportunities in the construction sector. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to help refine marketing strategies. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients. Prepare sales reports and assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements

:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in marketing or sales within the

building materials

or

construction industry

. Strong knowledge of the building materials market and its products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region. Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Marketing or related discipline).
