About Unfold Story:Unfold Story is a creative agency that helps brands craft compelling stories through video production, social media campaigns, and marketing strategy. We work with startups, NGOs, and businesses to shape narratives that leave a lasting impression.

Roles & Responsibilities:Project & Team CoordinationManage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely execution of video and marketing projects

Coordinate with creative teams (video editors, designers, copywriters) and Clients

Oversee deadlines, project timelines, and deliverables

Handle project tracking and performance monitoring tools

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams

Schedule and manage client meetings, share briefs, and collect feedback

Ensure clarity in project goals and timely approvals

Resource Management

Optimize allocation of resources across projects

Manage freelancers and coordinate their work

Identify hiring needs and assist in onboarding new team members

Operational Improvement

Standardize internal workflows (SOPs, checklists, communication flows)

Implement productivity tools and automation to improve efficiency

Report on project status and operational KPIs to leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
