Job Description

About Blindfold Trips
Blindfold Trips is a category-defining travel company pioneering CeciTourism--an emotion-led, surprise-based travel philosophy where journeys are designed around trust, psychology, and personal transformation rather than destinations alone.
We exist to restore the sense of wonder to travel by removing decision fatigue and replacing predictability with meaning. Every communication we put into the world must reflect this ethos: measured, confident, premium, and deeply human.
As we enter our launch and scale phase, marketing at Blindfold Trips is not a function--it is a custodian of trust, brand integrity, and long-term value creation.
Role Overview
The Marketing Executive - Brand Stewardship & Integrated Marketing Operations role is a senior individual-contributor position responsible for owning Blindfold Trips' marketing governance, coordination, and execution oversight during the company's foundational growth phase.
For the initial phase, the company has engaged an external, full-service marketing agency to drive strategy formulation and execution. This role will act as the internal brand authority, ensuring that all outsourced marketing efforts are aligned with Blindfold Trips' philosophy, standards, timelines, and business objectives.
Over time, this role will evolve into the architect and stabilizing force behind Blindfold Trips' in-house marketing function, supporting a structured transition from agency-led execution to an internally managed marketing ecosystem within 12 months of launch.
This position demands strategic maturity, exceptional coordination capability, and the judgment to represent the brand consistently across all touchpoints.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities
1. Brand Stewardship & Strategic Alignment

  • Act as the internal guardian of the Blindfold Trips brand, ensuring consistency across all communication, channels, and campaigns.
  • Translate the founder's vision, CeciTourism philosophy, and long-term brand positioning into clear, actionable marketing direction.
  • Ensure that all marketing output reflects Blindfold Trips' values of trust, emotional depth, discretion, and premium experience.
  • Maintain strict adherence to brand voice, visual identity, messaging hierarchy, and experiential storytelling principles.
2. Agency Governance & Marketing Operations Management (Initial Phase)
  • Serve as the single point of accountability between Blindfold Trips and all outsourced marketing partners.
  • Coordinate end-to-end marketing operations including annual strategy planning, quarterly roadmaps, campaign calendars, and execution timelines.
  • Review, validate, and approve agency deliverables across:

3. Integrated Campaign Oversight & Execution Readiness
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are operationally feasible and aligned with internal capabilities, inventory, and service readiness.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, product, finance, and legal teams to align marketing commitments with execution realities.
  • Support launch campaigns, brand announcements, giveaways, partnerships, and community initiatives as required.

5. Knowledge Capture & In-House Capability Building (Growth Phase)
  • Systematically document processes, playbooks, learnings, and benchmarks from the agency-led phase.
  • Support the design of Blindfold Trips' in-house marketing structure, roles, and capability roadmap.
  • Assist in onboarding and knowledge transfer to internal hires as the in-house team is built.
  • Gradually assume direct ownership of selected marketing functions as internal capacity increases.
6. Contingency, Special Projects & Long-Term Support
  • Support ad-hoc marketing requirements including crisis communication, reputation management, campaign pivots, or rapid response initiatives.
  • Contribute to partnership evaluations, co-branded initiatives, and strategic collaborations.
  • Provide marketing inputs for investor decks, corporate communications, and long-term brand initiatives as required.
