Key Role:

Lead generation, LinkedIn & email outreach, branding, and coordination with the sales team for U.S. medical billing services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for medical billing and RCM services in the U.S. market. Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and healthcare directories to engage clinics, solo providers, and group practices. Coordinate with the Business Development team to convert marketing leads into active prospects. Build and maintain a clean CRM database of leads, prospects, and campaigns with proper segmentation. Create persuasive marketing materials, presentations, and email templates tailored to the U.S. healthcare industry. Analyze campaign performance and report key metrics (open rates, response rates, conversions). Stay updated on U.S. healthcare trends, billing regulations, and competitor activities to identify marketing opportunities. Participate in brainstorming sessions to plan webinars, email campaigns, case studies, and digital branding initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1-4 years of experience in B2B marketing

-- preferably in U.S. Healthcare / Medical Billing / ITES industry. Excellent written and spoken English; ability to craft professional U.S.-style emails and LinkedIn messages. Hands-on experience with

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

, CRM tools, or email marketing platforms. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, email campaigns, lead generation funnels). Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge of U.S. Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing process. Experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools. Familiarity with U.S. provider types (e.g., Acupuncturists, Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Specialists). Prior experience working night shifts with U.S. clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
