Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is comfortable working both online and on the ground. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digital marketing but is also happy stepping out for field activities, events, and promotions. You'll play a key role in increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and building strong customer connections.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing activities across social media, email, and online platforms
Visit field locations to support promotions and campaigns for property portal
Coordinate with teams to support lead generation and local marketing initiatives
Manage content posting, basic ad campaigns, and online engagement
Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and on-ground promotions
Collect market feedback, customer insights, and competitor information from the field
Track campaign performance and share regular updates and reports
Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital and offline activities
Requirements & Qualifications:
Prior experience in marketing is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers can apply
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities
Good communication skills and a people-friendly attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
