Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and revenue targets. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance, productivity, and continuous skill development. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive market expansion and strengthen the existing client base. Build, nurture, and sustain long-term customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to shape sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. Set clear sales targets, monitor team performance, and prepare accurate, timely sales reports for management review. Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and contract negotiations to close deals effectively. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to support end-to-end business growth.
