Your Role: Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive, you'll work closely with the marketing and business teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, and web platforms.
Lead the development of high-quality content -- blogs, case studies, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.
Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and actionable insights.
Manage and grow Tsaaro's social media presence while tracking and optimizing performance metrics.
Coordinate with design and content teams to craft compelling visuals and impactful campaigns.
Support and manage webinars, events, and community engagement initiatives.
Use marketing tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms to organize leads, monitor campaigns, and prepare performance reports.
Contribute strategic ideas to strengthen Tsaaro's brand voice, positioning, and digital presence.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in digital marketing, branding, or content-driven roles.
Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Canva, Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, CRMs, etc.).
Strong communication, writing, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
