Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing startup team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing strategies. This is a hands-on role where you'll get to experiment, learn, and make a real impact in shaping the company's brand and marketing direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote products and services. Create engaging content for social media, website, blogs, and email marketing. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and trends. Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Manage social media channels, track performance, and grow online presence organically. Assist in brand building, product positioning, and customer engagement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas and storytelling content. Analytical mindset with basic understanding of Google Analytics and campaign tracking. Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team.
