Job Description

A marketing and sales executive develops and executes strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue by building client relationships, conducting market research, and presenting products or services to potential customers. Key responsibilities include designing growth strategies, identifying new markets, managing customer relationships, creating sales presentations, and monitoring performance. This role requires strong communication, analytical, time management, and relationship-building skills to meet sales targets and achieve financial goals. Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

Design and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals and financial gain.

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

Lead Generation:

Find and target potential customers, generating leads through various channels.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Sales Activities:

Arrange business meetings, prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate, and close deals.

Campaign Management:

Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales efforts.

Performance Monitoring:

Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.

Networking:

Attend industry events and network to expand the company's market presence.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
