Role Overview

We are hiring Field Marketing Executives in Kanpur who can connect with local shops, showrooms, and small businesses. Your role is to explain our services, present our packages, collect payments, and coordinate ad shoots with our creative team.

Responsibilities

Visit local shops and businesses daily.

Explain the importance of video ads in simple language.

Present BSquire's service packages (Free, Basic, Premium).

Collect advance payments from clients.

Coordinate with the company team for shoots and delivery.

Confirm client satisfaction and take feedback.

Earnings & Benefits

Daily Allowance: ₹200 (food + travel, paid daily).

Commission: ₹200 on Basic Package (?1,999), ?500 on Premium Package (?3,999).

Monthly Bonus: Close 10+ deals = ?1,000 extra.

Payment: Allowance given same day, commissions released immediately after client payment.

Support: Pitch lines, posters, and marketing material provided.

Growth: Chance to move into a permanent role with fixed salary + incentives.

Candidate Requirements

Age: 18-35 years.

Communication: Hindi required, English optional.

Confident in approaching business owners.

Smartphone with WhatsApp.

Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-driven.
