Job Title: Marketing Executive

Reports to: Marketing Manager/Director

Location: Jankipuram, Lucknow

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Lycca solar company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our solar products and services, drive sales, and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote solar products and services

2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends

3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business leads

4. Manage and execute social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing strategies

5. Analyze and report on marketing metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates

6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the solar industry.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

6. Proficiency in marketing software and tools,, email marketing, and social media management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
