Key Responsibilities:

Field Work & Outreach

Conduct market visits, surveys, and promotional field activities Represent the company at local campaigns and events

Market Research

Gather data on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences Assist in preparing insights and findings for reporting

Market Analysis

Support the team in analyzing market data for planning and strategy Identify potential opportunities and gaps in target markets

Team Coordination

Collaborate with internal departments and field teams for smooth execution Communicate effectively to ensure timely delivery of campaign goals

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily logs of field activities and marketing progress Prepare basic reports to assist in performance tracking

Marketing Support

Assist in day-to-day branding, promotional, and lead generation tasks Contribute ideas and feedback to optimize campaigns

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, self-driven, and ready to take initiative Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals Willingness to travel for field activities
