Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized

Events & Partnerships Executive

to spearhead the planning, coordination, and execution of E-Mobility events across India. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about sustainability, event strategy, and youth engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage logistics for nationwide E-Mobility events Liaise with speakers, sponsors, vendors, and academic institutions Manage event registrations and participant communication Promote events through social media, email campaigns, and college networks Establish and nurture relationships with universities and colleges Secure sponsorships and maintain strong partner relations Supervise on-ground event operations for seamless execution Collect and analyze post-event feedback to support reporting and improvements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Event Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred) 1-3 years of experience in event management, community outreach, or education marketing Prior experience in EV, automotive expos, or ed-tech is an advantage Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills A strong interest in sustainability, green mobility, and youth engagement

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
