Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Conduct field marketing and customer visits to industrial clients

Promote Basalt 450 and Alumina 92 products effectively

Develop business in cement plants, power plants, steel plants, mining, and bulk material handling industries

Identify new customers and generate sales leads

Understand customer wear problems and propose suitable abrasion-resistant solutions

Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Perform market surveys and competitor analysis

Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets

Submit regular sales and market reports to management

Skills & Requirements



Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of industrial marketing / B2B sales

Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork

Basic technical understanding of wear and abrasion applications

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
