Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Research potential customers, target industries, and emerging market opportunities Manage and respond to inquiries from platforms such as

IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia

, and similar B2B portals Execute

outreach campaigns via email, phone, and WhatsApp

to generate and nurture leads Handle

inbound and outbound sales conversations

using a consultative, solution-oriented approach Track and manage leads through the complete sales funnel--from first contact to closure Use

GenAI tools, search engines, and social platforms (especially LinkedIn)

for lead research, prospect profiling, and marketing communication Maintain structured records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions Draft basic marketing content including

emails, website copy, blogs, and product notes

Coordinate internally for

quotations, samples, dispatches, and customer support

Support and work toward

monthly lead generation and conversion targets


Profile & Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience in B2B marketing or lead generation Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups Clear written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi) Working knowledge of B2B portals, LinkedIn, email tools, and spreadsheets Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
