1. Digital Analytics & Performance Tracking
Assist in managing and evaluating Meta Ads and Google Analytics dashboards
Pull data insights, campaign performance reports, and track KPIs regularly
Support in setting up reporting formats to better track digital campaigns
2. Project Coordination & Task Management
Maintain timelines and ensure task checklists are completed across campaigns
Help manage marketing calendars and weekly progress trackers
3. Follow-Ups & Team Coordination
Keep in constant touch with vendors, content teams, freelancers, and internal departments to ensure updates are captured and shared
Support in backend operations and assist in ensuring that every moving part is aligned and accountable
4. Creative & Campaign Ideation
Contribute to brainstorming sessions -- whether for content hooks, newdigital formats, or campaign rollouts
Share references, do competitive scans, and suggest formats or narratives for ongoing and upcoming work
5. Efficient Execution
Serve as a sharp second pair of hands -- pushing for faster turnarounds, pre- empting bottlenecks, and helping the team move quicker
Provide intelligent inputs, help simplify processes, and challenge inefficiencies in the workflow
