Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected

Marketing Executive

from the

turnkey interior or construction industry

, who already has a strong network of

F&B and retail clients

such as

Starbucks, Burger King, or similar brands

. The role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and promoting our turnkey interior services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the

F&B, retail, and corporate sectors

. Leverage existing client connections to generate project inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and brand teams. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements. Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for proposals and project quotations. Manage digital marketing, company promotions, and brand visibility initiatives. Prepare business development reports and maintain a client/project database.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

3-7 years of experience in marketing or business development within a turnkey interior / construction company.

Strong existing network of

F&B / retail brand clients

(McDonald's, Domino's, KFC, Starbucks, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good understanding of interior execution, materials, and site processes. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for meetings and site visits.
