Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to handle field

marketing, client acquisition, and relationship management, primarily with pharmaceutical

and industrial clients. The candidate should be comfortable with extensive field work and B2B

marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and develop new business opportunities with pharmaceutical companies

? Manage and maintain existing pharma clients and build long-term relationships

? Conduct regular field visits to pharma plants, corporate offices, and industrial

locations

? Promote company products and services to pharmaceutical and industrial customers

? Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth

order execution

? Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow-up reports

? Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and feedback

? Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports

? Track enquiries, lead conversions, and closures

? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry movements

? Support management in achieving sales targets and revenue growth

? Coordinate with accounts team for billing and payment follow-ups

? Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, audits, and reviews

Skills & Requirements

? Proven experience in B2B / industrial marketing, preferably with pharmaceutical

companies

? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

? Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing activities

? Target-driven and result-oriented approach

? Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships

? Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and reporting

? Ability to work independently and meet targets

Mandatory Requirements

? Two-wheeler is mandatory (for bank work and departmental coordination)

Industry Experience:

? Handling Pharmaceutical industry clients

? Experience in industrial / B2B Marketing

Qualifications

? MBA (Marketing Mandatory) - Mandatory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
