Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Marketing Executives who can support both marketing activities and business development efforts. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and interested in meeting clients, generating leads, and helping the company grow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

Identify potential clients through online research, social media platforms, networking, and cold calling. Generate leads for services like Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Branding, Website Development, etc. Approach small, medium, and large businesses to pitch the company's digital services. Schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations with prospective clients.
2. Client Acquisition & Sales Support

Present service offerings to new clients and explain how digital marketing can help their business. Support the Business Development Manager in converting leads into paying clients. Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media messages. Maintain a database of all leads and update CRM tools regularly.
3. Marketing & Branding Activities

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, promotions). Support the development of marketing collateral like brochures, presentations, company profiles, and case studies. Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities for brand visibility.
4. Social Media & Digital Outreach

Promote the company's services through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and business groups. Engage with potential leads on social media and build brand awareness. Share company updates, service offerings, and success stories online to attract inquiries.
5. Market & Competitor Research

Study competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Collect insights on potential sectors such as retail, real estate, restaurants, healthcare, education, etc. Identify new business opportunities and outreach strategies.
6. Client Coordination

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and project briefs for clients. Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design, content, operations) for project execution.

Skills Required

Strong communication and presentation skills. Confidence in speaking with clients and conducting meetings. Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Ads, Websites). Good research skills and ability to identify business opportunities. Social media awareness and ability to engage with potential clients. Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)

Knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, or basic marketing tools. Internship experience in sales, marketing, or digital media. Understanding of B2B lead generation.

Education

Any graduate in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Media, or related fields. Freshers with strong interest in sales & marketing are encouraged to apply.
