We are looking for a

result-oriented Marketing Executive

for our IT Training Institute who can generate quality leads, promote training programs, and convert prospects into enrollments through

telecalling, field marketing, and on-ground promotional activities

.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sales

Generate student leads through

cold calling, follow-ups, and walk-ins

Counsel students and parents regarding

IT courses, training programs, internships, and placement support

Close leads and achieve

monthly enrollment targets

Maintain and update lead data in Excel/CRM
Telecalling & Follow-ups

Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided and self-generated databases Conduct follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email Schedule demo sessions, counseling meetings, and walk-ins
Field Marketing & Promotions

Execute

field marketing activities

such as: Educational stalls, tents, kiosks in colleges, tech parks, hostels, public places Road shows, seminars, workshops, and promotional events Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials Build relationships with colleges, placement coordinators, and student communities
Brand Promotion

Promote institute courses and offers on-ground and through referrals Collect feedback and market intelligence on competitor activities Represent the institute professionally at events and campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any graduate / intermediate (education background flexible) Experience in

education sales / training institute marketing

preferred Strong communication and convincing skills Willingness to do

field work and telecalling

Target-driven and self-motivated personality Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp communication
Experience

0-3 years

(Freshers with strong sales attitude can apply) Prior experience in

IT training institutes or educational sales

is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,801.15 - ₹31,687.41 per month
