To promote pathology laboratory services to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, generate referrals, and help increase the overall patient inflow and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet doctors (GPs, specialists, surgeons) to promote the labs test profiles and services.
Educate healthcare providers about the labs diagnostic capabilities, special packages, and preventive health programs.
Regularly visit hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and health camps to generate leads and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors and healthcare providers.
Collect feedback from clients and relay it to the management for service improvements.
Coordinate with the internal lab team for smooth sample collections and report delivery.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, daily visits, sales leads, and follow-ups.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporate clients, and other referral sources.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to create and implement data-driven strategies aimed at exceeding revenue goals.
Lead B2B sales initiatives focused on expanding market reach and enhancing profitability.
