About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Marketing Executive to drive lead generation and client outreach activities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication (Hindi & English mandatory), confident in cold calling, and capable of managing digital outreach to convert prospects into demos and sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to potential clients across target segments and regions. Send cold marketing emails and manage follow-ups to schedule demos. Execute social media outreach (including LinkedIn) to identify and engage potential leads. Maintain and update the lead tracker, ensuring every lead is properly categorized and followed up. Coordinate with the sales team to track conversion status and assist until sales closure. Support in campaign outreach, promotional content coordination, and reporting. Prepare and share weekly performance and lead progress reports.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or digital outreach roles. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory); proficiency in Tamil or Kannada is preferred. Ability to work with CRM tools, Excel trackers, and outreach platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, Email tools). Excellent follow-up discipline and goal orientation. Immediate joiners preferred.
