The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services. The role involves market research, campaign planning, digital marketing, and supporting sales activities to drive business growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development.
Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Plan and participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and media partners.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum1 years of experience in marketing or business development.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and MS Office.
