Qualification : Any Graduate /PG

Experience: 1 to 3 years (experience in doctor engagement, healthcare marketing, or business development in the healthcare/pharma sector)

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and build relationships with potential referring doctors in Hyderabad and surrounding areas. Schedule and conduct regular meetings (RTMs), CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and awareness programs. Ensure timely communication and feedback exchange with referring doctors. Develop and manage a structured referral program for doctors. Track and analyse referral data to optimize relationships and address gaps. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement doctor outreach campaigns. Represent the clinic in medical forums, conferences, and events to enhance visibility. Maintain a database of referring doctors and detailed records of interactions. Prepare monthly performance reports on referral trends, growth, and doctor feedback. Work closely with fertility specialists and management to align outreach efforts with clinical capabilities. Ensure doctors are informed of new treatments, technologies, and services offered. Act as a liaison between the clinic and referring doctors to ensure a smooth patient journey. Handle doctor queries, concerns, and service feedback with professionalism and urgency. Develop and execute a territory-specific engagement plan. Optimize time and resources to cover all key geographies efficiently.
