Job Responsibilities:
1. Meet with doctors, end-users, and procurement departments in all Apollo Hospitals.
2. Engage with doctors and purchase departments in clinics, cradles, and specialty hospitals.
3. Introduce new products and maintain surgical inventories at standalone Apollo pharmacies, making 10 calls per day.
4. Travel to out-of-station Apollo centers as needed.
5. Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and gather supporting materials.
6. Continuously update product knowledge, conduct competitor analyses, and identify growth opportunities.
7. Provide daily work updates via WhatsApp and submit weekly reports.
8. Prepare monthly summary reports on new leads generated, orders organized, and associated costs.
9. Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in product services and processes.
10. Achieve monthly sales targets, which will be location-specified.
11. Required 2 to 3 years of experience in the marketing field (pharma or any surgical consumable)
12 Good communication skills in regional and English languages with convenience skills.
