Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the Regional Manager in executing MPOC India's operations and key initiatives in India. This role is primarily focused on market research, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and marketing support within the palm oil industry, particularly in South India. The position requires delivering timely and high-quality outputs such as data analysis, reports, event coordination, and promotional activities while ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and contribute directly to achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct in-depth market research and analyze trends related to the palm oil industry, with a focus on South India. Support the Regional Manager in executing MPOC India's key projects and initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including importers, manufacturers, NGOs, media, and industry partners. Support Malaysian industry members by identifying business opportunities and providing trade facilitation services to enhance export capabilities. Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, B2B networking programs, and promotional campaigns. Assist in organizing logistics and coordination for meetings, conferences, and outreach programs. Contribute to the preparation of reports, articles, presentations, and content for publication across various platforms. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and local standards in all activities. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Provide operational and administrative support to MPOC team members as required to achieve divisional and organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, preferably within FMCG, commodities, or related industries. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
