Job Summary for Marketing Executive (Inhouse):

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, prospects, and partners to sell our products/services, resolve customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers, prospects, and partners to sell products/services, resolve customer inquiries, and provide customer service.

2. Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.

3. Update Customer Information: Update customer information in the database, including contact details and sales history.

4. Follow Up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

5. Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.

6. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with product/service knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or related field.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

4. Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with the ability to meet targets.

5. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues.

6. Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.

7. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

1. Work Environment: Corporate

2. Shifts: 9 ma - 6 pm

3. Equipment: Provided with a computer, headset, and other necessary equipment.
