Job Description

A Marketing Executive Engineer bridges technical expertise with promotional strategies, translating complex product features into market-ready value propositions. They conduct market research, develop campaigns, create technical content, and support sales teams with product demonstrations to drive demand.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Promotion:

Translate complex engineering concepts into compelling marketing materials like brochures, white papers, and presentations.

Market Analysis:

Conduct competitor tracking, SWOT analysis, and identify industry trends (TAM/SAM/SOM).

Campaign Management:

Develop and execute marketing strategies, including webinars, trade shows, and digital campaigns.

Sales Support:

Provide technical demonstrations and application-related support to sales teams and customers.

Product Strategy:

Collaborate with engineering teams to define new products, support roadmaps, and align products with market needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) or a related technical field.

Experience: Minimum 1+yrs

experience in marketing, technical sales, or engineering roles.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and commercial teams.
