Job Description

The Doctor Referral Executive will be the first member of MV's Doctor Referral Team. The role is central to building and nurturing a strong network of doctors across Chennai and nearby areas, with the aim of facilitating patient referrals for diabetes management, complications, and specialized diabetic foot care.

This role requires proactive networking, relationship management, and consistent follow-ups to position MV as the trusted partner for comprehensive diabetes and complication management.

Identify, visit, and onboard doctors across specialties who can potentially refer patients (e.g., physicians, gynecologists, cardiologists, ophthalmologists, podiatrists, and general practitioners). Maintain regular engagement with each doctor (at least once a month) to build trust and reinforce referral pathways. Track and report on new doctors onboarded, referral volumes, and follow-up activities. Serve as the key liaison between referral doctors and MV Hospital to ensure smooth referral experiences. Provide periodic updates to the GM - Operations, highlighting progress, opportunities, and challenges. Support internal initiatives to increase visibility of MV's expertise in diabetes and diabetic foot care. Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, referrals, and follow-up activities. Ensure professional representation of MV's values and reputation during all interactions.
