LEVO HEALTHCARE is hiring for Marketing and Sales Executive

A Marketing and Sales Executive in the hospital sector is responsible for promoting healthcare services, building relationships with patients and corporate clients, and driving revenue growth. They develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the hospital's brand, attract new patients, and establish partnerships with doctors, insurance companies, and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services, specializations, and healthcare programs.

Conduct market research to understand patient needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Organize health awareness programs, medical camps, and community outreach events.

Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and online content.

Collaborate with doctors and hospital management to enhance brand reputation and visibility.

Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, insurance providers, and referral doctors to increase patient referrals.

Work with the hospital administration to develop service packages and pricing strategies.

Meet potential clients, present hospital services, and negotiate contracts.

Track sales performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals.

Address patient and client inquiries, ensuring high-quality customer service.

Represent the hospital at medical conferences, corporate events, and networking meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Strong sales and negotiation skills to secure patient referrals and corporate tie-ups.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient engagement and doctor networking.

Ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of dialysis treatments, patient care needs, and healthcare industry trends.

Customer service skills to handle patient inquiries and build trust.

Time management and multitasking to handle various marketing activities
