About the Role

LeadSense Media India Pvt. Ltd., an education and marketing organization associated with leading universities and business schools in India and abroad, is looking for Field Executives to support outreach and lead-generation initiatives.
The position involves field activities within the city and interaction with diverse groups to promote higher-education programs.

Key Responsibilities

Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing materials at designated locations. Visit corporates, colleges, coaching centers, and community hubs for outreach activities. Meet members/representatives of clubs, associations, cultural and community organizations for information-sharing. Conduct field promotions and place notices related to admissions for working professionals. Generate leads through walk-ins and field interactions. Maintain daily reports on visits, leads, and follow-up actions.

Candidate Requirements

Education: 12th / Diploma / Undergraduate / Postgraduate - all streams welcome.

Minimum 1 year of experience

in field sales or direct marketing (mandatory). Strong communication skills in English and the regional language. Comfortable travelling within the city and meeting different groups. Confident in approaching people and explaining course-related information. Two-wheeler preferred (allowance available if applicable).
