Job Description

We are looking for Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting, developing, and expanding the sales of trophies, shields, medals, corporate awards, and gifting products. The role involves identifying new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets through field visits, B2B marketing, and institutional sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target new customers such as schools, colleges, sports academies, corporates, event organisers, associations, and clubs. Conduct field visits, cold calls, and client meetings to generate new leads. Build and expand the client database for the trophy and shield business. Promote all types of trophies, shields, medals, mementos, acrylic awards, and customized awards. Present product catalogues, design samples, and quotations to customers. Follow up with clients, negotiate prices, and close sales. Maintain accurate records of orders, follow-ups, and client communication. Update daily sales reports and lead status. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Achieve assigned sales targets and meet organizational KPIs.

Qualification & Experience

Any Degree / Diploma 1-3 years' experience in marketing or field sales (preferred in gifting / trophy / printing industry)
