Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Field Marketing Executive

to promote our academy's programs, generate qualified student leads, build school and college partnerships, and increase brand visibility in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

field visits

to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and student communities. Promote

NEET coaching and MBBS abroad admission programs

. Generate

daily student leads

through direct marketing activities. Organize and coordinate

seminars, school campaigns, roadshows, and education fairs

. Build and maintain strong relationships with

principals, teachers, counselors, and agents

. Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and flyers. Collect market feedback and competitor information. Follow up with interested students and parents. Update daily activity and lead reports to the marketing manager. Support the admissions team to achieve

monthly enrollment targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any

graduate / diploma

(MBA in Marketing preferred).

0-3 years of experience

in field marketing, education sales, or direct marketing. Strong

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area. Ability to work under targets and pressure. Basic knowledge of

NEET / medical education sector

is an added advantage. Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
