Job Description

Key responsibilities

Strategy and planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for real estate projects.

Digital marketing:

Manage social media, content marketing (blogs, videos), email campaigns, and paid advertising (PPC).

Market research:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to inform strategies.

Sales and lead generation:

Support the sales team, manage leads, and collaborate on sales targets.

Content creation:

Assist in creating marketing collateral like brochures, sales kits, and digital assets.

Event coordination:

Organize and manage marketing events, trade shows, and roadshows.

Brand management:

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.

Vendor management:

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for services like design, advertising, and printing.

Reporting and analytics:

Track marketing performance, analyze data, and generate reports to refine strategies.

Client and customer engagement:

Manage online enquiries and support on-ground customer engagement efforts.
Required skills and qualifications

Experience in marketing, business studies, or real estate is often required. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, is usually necessary. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,435.01 per month
