The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the hospital's facilities, services, and healthcare schemes by identifying potential outreach opportunities and conducting field visits. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with residential communities and medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and map residential apartments, clinics, and doctors for outreach.
Visit target locations to introduce and promote hospital services, specialty departments, and available healthcare schemes.
Build and maintain relationships with apartment associations, resident welfare groups, and medical practitioners.
Coordinate with internal hospital teams to support marketing activities, events, and health camps.
Track and report outreach activities, leads generated, and conversion outcomes.
Ensure brand consistency and professionalism during all interactions.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or field marketing.
Strong English communication skills; Tamil proficiency is an added advantage.
Male candidates preferred due to field-intensive nature of the role.
Ability to plan routes, manage schedules, and conduct regular field visits.
Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to outreach.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
