Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing activities such as print ads, hoardings, flyers, events, and exhibitions to promote residential projects.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and event partners for timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Organize property fairs, roadshows, and on-ground activations to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation of promotional activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with project goals and customer engagement plans.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
