Job Title: Marketing Executive - Textiles Industry

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ?20,000 (basic) + Incentives on achieving sales targets

Travel Requirement: 2 weeks per month (Travel tickets and food allowance provided)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field marketing activities (70-80% of role) to promote textile products and expand customer reach.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.

Make follow-up calls to prospects and existing clients to drive sales conversions.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets; incentives will be provided for performance above target.

Collect and analyze market feedback to suggest improvements in marketing strategies.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

Fluency in English and knowledge of Hindi (preferred); Tamil will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively (two weeks per month).

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
