Campaign management:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of offline campaigns, from initial concept to execution.
Vendor and agency coordination:
Build a network of local vendors and manage relationships with creative agencies to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and budgets.
Collateral and material production:
Manage the design, development, and distribution of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and other collaterals.
On-ground execution:
Coordinate and manage on-ground activities, events, and promotions to ensure successful implementation.
Performance monitoring:
Track campaign performance using clear metrics, analyze results, and provide reports to optimize future strategies and demonstrate ROI.
Budget management:
Manage the offline marketing budget, including tracking expenses, processing purchase orders, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Market analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams, such as sales and creative, as well as external agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.
Required skills and qualifications-
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Experience in offline marketing.
Ability to manage projects and budgets effectively.
Creative and analytical thinking to contribute ideas and analyze data.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
