Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented Marketing Executive

to join our growing construction and property development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing

residential apartments and commercial office project

, with hands-on experience in creating and implementing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract buyers/investors, and contribute to overall business growth.

:

Develop and implement marketing plans to support business objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends & new opportunities and collect accurate market data. Converting leads into sales. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels; use data-driven insights to optimize results. Follow up on customer inquiries, prepare quotations, understanding of documentation, and manage related records.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related degree. Proven experience (2-5 years) in marketing for

construction, real estate, or property development companies

. To compile and follow at the rules of the Organization. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Candidate must have to know EXCEL & Computer based skills.
