Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor analysis.
Manage and create content for the company's digital platforms, including social media, email, and website.
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to execute campaigns.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, traffic, engagement).
Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Prepare regular marketing activity reports and presentations.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a marketing role (internships count).
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with an eye for design and detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
