Conduct property and project site visits, providing detailed information to prospective buyers or clients.
Negotiate property sales, project contracts, and agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the company.
Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the Madurai region.
Collaborate with the legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth and transparent transactions.
Prepare and present sales reports, marketing performance data, and forecasts.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, expos, and events.
Provide outstanding customer service and follow up with clients promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills Required

real estate and construction industry trends

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
Candidates with
BBA, MBA, or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Must be
currently located in Madurai
or willing to work full-time from Madurai.
