Synergy Medica, a leading importer and distributor of advanced medical equipment in India, is seeking a

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in Marketing and promoting medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions across the region.

IMMEDIATE RECUIREMENT.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and market our medical equipment portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions. Identify potential customers, build relationships, and secure orders to drive sales growth. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of the medical equipment. Maintain and update a database of potential clients, track sales leads, and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales. Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Work closely with the management team to achieve business targets and meet sales quotas.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field (Medical/Healthcare background preferred but not mandatory). 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proactive and smart-working individual who can work independently to achieve targets.

Own a bike and a smartphone

for easy commuting and communication with clients. Willingness to travel frequently for client visits within the region. Utilize Google Sheets for data management and reporting. Maintain effective communication within the team.
